EXTREMELY RARE MINT STATE DAHLONEGA

Rare obsolete Dahlonega Mint Type I or (Liberty Head) Gold Dollars were minted in the deep south for a 5 year period from 1849-1854. We have put together a NRM package that will supply the next owner with half of the popular, rare D mint coins from this historic series. All three of these coins are classified as extremely rare!

Since 1999, the 1853D MS62 grade has only made 7 public auction appearances.

The 1854D is considered the key to the series with only 2,935 minted and fewer than 90 exist in all grades!

Data amassed by numismatic experts confirms that the 1852D is also an extremely rare coin and it trails only the 1850-D and the 1854-D for consideration as the rarest Type One gold dollar from the Famed Georgia mint.
